Saturday September 29:

11:30 Art class- Jason Bassels- Paint a koi fish, all ages~ Jason is an innovative and exciting artist who delivers an alternative and thought-provoking perspective. A classically trained martial artist, he re-affirms martial arts is an orchestra of shape and texture, surging out of human conflict, ambition, creativity and refinement. 30-45 min session.

12:00 Denielle Bassels Band- Jazz music Denielle Bassels band merges the swingin’ carefree sounds of 1930’s Parisian jazz, with the dreamy modern folk landscapes of today. Their music is fresh and exciting,

12:30 Children’s Yoga 3+ A great introduction to yoga for children through yoga poses, breathing techniques, games, and music. 45 min session

12:30 Yoga for adults- Join us for a calming yoga session. 45 min session.

1:00 pm Karate Demo-CMAC sample of the martial arts program. Basics ("kihon"), self defense, partner drills and patterns ("kata") will be shown by our children and youth classes. In addition, we'll also be hosting a mini "courtesy class", where anyone who wants to get up and learn a few basics is welcome to participate.

1:30 Engineers- Lego robotics demo class~SOLD OUT!

1:30 Natural care seminar -Personal body care. Make a body lotion or exfoliator with natural products (butters, oil, essential oils, sugar scrub)

2:00 Bharatham Indian Dance performance Bharatham Academy of Indian Dance dedicated to preserve and promote Bharatanatyam in its purest form with new direction to inspire, motivate and enrich all dance lovers and culture seekers.

2:30 Bees and Pollinators workshop • Pollinators: what are they, why are they important, build a small bee house or pollinator puddle with clay Pre-Register

3:00 Fusion Dancersize- Tarini Sharma live class with audience participation.

The performance is a fusion dance fitness class. It combines hip hop, Bollywood, and dancehall dance moves to create simple choreography to get people moving and having fun!

3:30 Arabic lessons-learn the alphabet, arts & crafts with Tazeen Syed

4:00 Intro to Kombucha- learn the benefits, sample and brew your own, space is limited.
